Nobody can promise you millions, and nobody at this workshop will try. The question you’ll work through all morning is:

"What has to change in this company for the market to value it differently?"

Why this workshop

Most owners judge value through one lens.

Usually it’s revenue, profit, or a rough multiple. The people who decide what your company is worth look at it differently. Each one sees risks you may not.
The Value Gap puts those perspectives in one room, so you can spot the gaps before they get expensive.

A buyer asks

Will this keep running after the owner steps away?

A lender asks

Is the cash flow steady enough to lend against?

A broker asks

What will a buyer discount, and why?

A landlord asks

Will this company outgrow the space, or the lease?

A key employee asks

Is there a future here for me?

An advisor asks

Which problem costs the most if nobody fixes it?

The Value Gap Workshop

5 Advisors. One Clearer Picture of Value.

Each advisor looks at your business from a different angle, so you can see what’s lowering value and what to fix first.
Five advisor disciplines surrounding The Value Gap: Revenue and Marketing, Business Broker, Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Human Resources

One question, five angles

Every advisor answers the same question: What could be reducing the value of this business?

No selling from the stage

The advisors are in the room to help you diagnose issues. Five sales pitches would waste your morning.

What you'll do

You'll score your own company as the morning goes.

This is a working session. As each advisor covers their area, you rate your business against what you’re hearing.
By the end, a picture comes together. You’ll see where the business is strong, where value is leaking, and which issue deserves your attention first.
