Steve is a multi-dimensional and immensely passionate marketing expert who has 25 years of experience across agencies, SMBs and corporations. Uniquely equipped with a knowledge of people, process, and technology, he excels in coaching teams in the areas of marketing strategy, team building, and sales enablement. Steve holds a BSB in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. As an innovator and coach, he uses his experience in both creative and analytical areas as a catalyst for team and revenue growth. His mission is to educate and empower all businesses to leverage marketing to compete and win in a crowded, noisy marketplace.

Jed Hysong

B2B CFO

Jed is a strategic business advisor with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience. He aids business owners in building high performing teams and in reengineering and streamlining the accounting and finance functions and policies and procedures.

He increases efficiency and effectiveness to proactively provide leaders with the information that they need to make key strategic decisions as well as to optimize the day-to-day management of their functions. He helps improve cash flow and increase business value.

After starting his career with Big 4 firm Deloitte & Touche, Jed has served in various financial roles in companies from start-up to multi-national multi-billion-dollar companies. He has helped improve such companies as Credit Suisse, Red Hat, and Jaggaer as well as several smaller privately held companies.

Erin Spencer

Edgebrook Lane

Erin is passionate about empowering teams and clients with the best knowledge and resources available to impact their businesses. Erin has close to 20 years progressive experience in human resources, strategic organizational development and alignment, and operations experience in a variety of small/mid-sized businesses and nonprofits.

She obtained her BBA from the University of Georgia. She is certified in Human Resources and has her SHRM-CP and her PHR. She is certified in both MBTI and DiSC. Currently as the Founder & CEO of EdgeBrook Lane, Erin focuses on operations, business development, and organizational culture of EdgeBrook Lane.

Erin still enjoys working with organizations in a training and development capacity, loves public speaking, but more importantly supporting her team that supports organization’s human resources initiatives.
