Session 1: Investigation

Everything starts with your goals.  In this 2-hour session, we discuss current difficulties in your data and reporting that keep you from gaining critical insights.  We will also explore your sales process and marketing efforts to see if there are tools and workflows better suited to help you grow.

Session 2: Choose your tools

In this 2-hour session, we deliver options to improve your tech stack that will better leverage your efforts to grow revenue.  These options include important aspects for consideration such as price, integration, and capabilities which can vary widely.

Session 3: Implementation

In this session, we discuss the selection of software platform options you have chosen for us to implement.  Here, we will collaborate on our project implementation plan.  We will discuss point people, milestones, and timelines.  At the end of this session, we are ready to begin construction of your new tech stack and reporting system.  

Session 4: New tech onboarding

We meet to show you how your new integrated tech stack works and how to receive the reporting from it that you’ll need to grow.  No more throwing darts at a board.  With this system in place, you will see how each of your efforts are earning or costing you money.
