Our framework

The Triangle Revenue System

Every engagement is built on three pillars — what you know, what you say, and how you operate. The pricing below is how we deliver them.

Pillar 1
Intelligence
Know what actually drives revenue. Research, positioning, diagnostics — evidence over opinion.
Pillar 2
Impact
Communications that demand attention. Story, creative, and channel execution that lands.
Pillar 3
Infrastructure
Systems that scale the revenue engine. CRM, automation, dashboards, and the rhythms that make growth repeatable.
Phase 1 · Intelligence Pillar

Strategic Foundation

Before we touch a single tactic, we earn the right to. The first 6-10 weeks build the Intelligence pillar — leadership immersion, customer research, competitive insight, positioning, and the marketing plan that drives everything after it. This is what most agencies skip. It's why most agencies don't move the needle.

What you get in the Strategic Foundation

  • Leadership immersion: 1–2 day working session with your leadership team — goals, obstacles, products/services, competition, customers, SWOT
  • Customer interviews with current and past customers — the gap between what leadership believes and what customers actually experience
  • Competitive research and market analysis
  • Full digital footprint audit: website, social, GBP, paid ads, SEO — break points and opportunities
  • Tech stack assessment: tools, automation, tracking, data capture
  • Positioning and messaging document — built from the research, reviewed together
  • Audience profiles, content strategy, lead generation, sales enablement working docs
  • Comprehensive Marketing Plan — prioritized by impact, ready to execute
  • Weekly check-in and collaboration working sessions
Strategic Foundation Investment
20%
of annual contract value, due at signing
Foundation tier: $10,800
Growth tier: $17,280
Scale tier: $27,000
Enterprise tier: $43,200

Remaining 80% billed monthly across the term.
Once the Intelligence pillar is built, Phase 2 activates the Infrastructure pillar — CRM, marketing automation, data, and your website — so the engine that runs everything is wired correctly before we put it into motion.
Phase 2 · Infrastructure Pillar

Infrastructure Buildout

With the strategy in hand from Phase 1, Phase 2 builds the Infrastructure pillar — CRM, marketing automation, data systems, tracking, and your website. The same Infrastructure scope is delivered to every tier. What changes is delivery speed — higher tiers fund more team capacity, so Enterprise wraps in half the time of Foundation. Impact work runs in parallel during the buildout, but only as much as your monthly points budget covers each month.

What's included at every tier

  • CRM setup or optimization — fresh build or working with your existing system
  • Marketing automation platform setup (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Go High Level, or similar)
  • 5 automation sequences — built, tested, and launched in your platform
  • Data audit & cleanup — duplicates, hygiene, segment validation
  • GA4 + GTM full setup with conversion event mapping across the funnel
  • Up to 3 system integrations — CRM ↔ marketing ↔ ads ↔ analytics
  • 3 reporting dashboards tied to your Phase 1 KPIs
  • Website work — targeted improvements OR a new 10-page custom build
  • Team training session + documentation
Phase 2 Investment
Included
with your Phase 3 tier
Foundation4 months
Growth3 months
Scale2.5 months
Enterprise2 months
Your retainer starts day 1. During Phase 2 the team's primary focus is the Infrastructure buildout. Impact work runs in parallel within the limits of your monthly points budget — Foundation gets 60 pts of Impact work each month during the build, Enterprise gets 280. As the infrastructure comes online, the team's full capacity shifts to Impact. Higher tiers fund more capacity, which is why Enterprise wraps the build in half the time of Foundation. Same Infrastructure scope at every tier. Atypical scope (complex legacy CRM migration, ecommerce platform, multi-brand setup) is scoped separately in your discovery call.
As the Infrastructure pillar comes online, your team shifts to full Impact mode — driving demand, converting it, and keeping the engine optimized. Phase 3 runs throughout your retainer.
Phase 3 · Impact Pillar

Retainer Engagement

With strategy locked in Phase 1 and infrastructure built in Phase 2, Phase 3 turns the plan into pipeline. The monthly retainer drives the Impact pillar — communications that demand attention across every channel — plus ongoing infrastructure maintenance, testing, and analytics. Choose your tier, spend points across services, and add specific projects when needed.

Who this isn't for

  • Tactics-only requests — "just run my ads," "just build me a landing page." If there's no strategy involved, we're not the right partner.
  • Standalone training engagements — training is part of a retainer, not a product we sell on its own.
  • Companies looking for the cheapest option. Premium work, premium price.
  • Anyone unwilling to do the Strategic Foundation work upfront. The plan is what makes execution work.
